SECTION 27-41-6

   § 27-41-6  Governing body. – (a) The governing body of any health maintenance organization may includeproviders, other individuals, or both.

   (b) The governing body shall establish a mechanism to affordthe enrollees an opportunity to participate in matters of policy and operationthrough the establishment of advisory panels, by the use of advisory referendaon major policy decisions, or through the use of other mechanisms.
