SECTION 27-41-62
§ 27-41-62 Temporary credentials. –Notwithstanding any requirements of any health maintenance organizationaccrediting body or organization to the contrary, each health maintenanceorganization licensed under this chapter may credential a provider on aconditional basis while the health maintenance organization reviews theapplication submitted by the provider for inclusion in the health maintenanceorganization network or networks.
