SECTION 27-42-5
§ 27-42-5 Subject to state laws. –Any person or entity unable to show that it is subject to the jurisdiction ofanother department of this state, any subdivision of this state, or the federalgovernment, shall be subject to all appropriate provisions of this title and ofchapter 62 of title 42, regarding the conduct of its business.
