SECTION 27-43-11
§ 27-43-11 Laws applicable. – No provisions of this title, other than those contained in this chapter orcontained in specific references contained in this chapter, shall apply tocaptive insurance companies. Insofar as the provisions of this chapter areinconsistent with the provisions of any other law, general, special, or local,the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling.
