SECTION 27-43-8

   § 27-43-8  Exemption from chapter 34 ofthis title. – No captive insurance company shall be required to join or to contributefinancially to any plan, pool, association, or guaranty or insolvency fund inthis state including, but not limited to, the fund established by chapter 34 ofthis title, nor shall any captive insurance company, or its insured, or itsparent or any affiliated company, or any member organization of itsassociation, receive any benefit from the plan, pool, association, or guarantyor insolvency funds for claims arising out of the operations of the captiveinsurance company.
