SECTION 27-44-16

   § 27-44-16  Assessment for review pursuantto title 42, chapter 14. – The director may appoint an actuary to assist the director in the performanceof his or her duties pursuant to this chapter. The actuary shall serve underthe direction of the director and shall be removable at the pleasure of thedirector. Insurance companies doing business in this state under the provisionsof this chapter shall be assessed pursuant to § 42-14-10.
