SECTION 27-44-20
§ 27-44-20 Hearings. – Any hearing conducted pursuant to this chapter shall be held in accordance withthe Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42, to the extent thatthe APA does not conflict with any provision of law contained in this chapter.
