   § 27-44-21  Judicial review. – (a) Any order, regulation, or decision of the director made after a hearingshall be subject to judicial review in accordance with the AdministrativeProcedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.

   (b) Upon the request of any insurer or organization to whichthe director has directed an order made without a hearing, the director shallgrant a hearing within thirty (30) days of the request. Within thirty (30) daysafter the hearing, the director shall affirm, reverse, or modify the previousaction, specifying the reasons for it.
