SECTION 27-5-20

   § 27-5-20  Investment of guaranty surplusfund – Liability to payment of losses. – The guaranty surplus fund shall be held and be invested by a state fireinsurance company in the same manner as its capital stock and surplusaccumulation may be held and be invested, and shall be liable and applicable inthe same manner as the capital stock is to the payment generally of the lossesof the company.
