   § 27-5-3.6  Notice concerning floodinsurance. – Upon issuance and each renewal of insurance policies covering standard fireinsurance as defined in §§ 27-5-3 and 27-5-9.1, insurers shallprovide written notice advising the policy holder that the insurance policy maynot cover damages resulting from the flood, that flood insurance may beavailable through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National FloodInsurance Program, and to contact their insurer or producer for assistance. Thenotice shall be clear and conspicuous to the policyholder.
