SECTION 27-5-9.1

   § 27-5-9.1  Simplified comprehensivepolicies of insurance. – Simplified policies of insurance providing broad coverage of all or variouscombinations of risks may be approved by the director of business regulationand issued by insurers notwithstanding those provisions of any other law whichspecify the contents of insurance policies; provided, that those policiescontain provisions assuring to policyholders and claimants protection not lessfavorable than they would be entitled to under § 27-5-3 or a substantiallysimilar policy which is not subject to this section.
