§ 27-54-6 - Injunctions.
SECTION 27-54-6
§ 27-54-6 Injunctions. – If the attorney general or the director or his or her designee has reason tobelieve that a person is engaged in conduct prohibited by this chapter, he orshe may petition an appropriate court for an order prohibiting that person fromfurther engaging in that conduct. The filing of a petition under this sectiondoes not preclude any other remedy that is available by law.
