§ 27-58-13 - Penalties.
SECTION 27-58-13
§ 27-58-13 Penalties. – Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter, or who fails to performany duties imposed by this chapter, or who violates any administrativeregulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall be liable for a civilpenalty not to exceed the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) for each day whichthe violation continues, and in addition, may be concurrently enjoined from anyfurther violations by the superior court upon petition of the insurancecommissioner.
