SECTION 27-60-6
§ 27-60-6 Insurance protocols for subjectsof abuse. – Health carriers shall develop, file with the commissioner and adhere toprotocols specifying how health carrier employees, contractors, agents andbrokers will pursue an insurance action, including claims investigation andsubrogation, that may impact the safety of a subject of abuse involved withthat action.
