SECTION 27-61-3

   § 27-61-3  Unfair discrimination againstsubjects of abuse prohibited. – No insurer issuing or renewing a policy of life insurance in this state shallengage in an unfairly discriminatory act or practice against a subject ofabuse, and that act or practice is deemed to be an unfair or deceptive act orpractice under chapter 29 of this title.
