§ 27-62-2 - Applicability and scope.
SECTION 27-62-2
§ 27-62-2 Applicability and scope. –This chapter applies to all group and individual life insurance policies andcertificates except:
(1) Variable life insurance;
(2) Individual and group annuity contracts;
(3) Credit life insurance; and
(4) Life insurance policies with no illustrated deathbenefits on any individual exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
