SECTION 27-64-10

   § 27-64-10  Penalties. – Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to any andall enforcement procedures either currently employed or subsequentlypromulgated by the commissioner including, but not limited to, the impositionof fines, sanctions, or civil penalties, or an order to cease and desist fromthe establishment of additional protected cells. In no event shall thecommissioner have the authority to cease the business of an existing protectedcell, except by placement under administrative supervision or by order ofrehabilitation, conservation or liquidation in accordance with the provisionsof this chapter.
