§ 27-66-11 - Perjury.
SECTION 27-66-11
§ 27-66-11 Perjury. – Any person who is found to have testified falsely under oath before the generalassembly, department of business regulation or department of attorney general,pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to prosecution for perjury and besubject to the penalties set forth in § 11-33-1.
