SECTION 27-66-26

   § 27-66-26  Conflict of law. – The provisions of this chapter shall supersede the provisions of chapters 19,20, and 41 of this title in conflict with this chapter. Except as expresslyprovided in this chapter, this chapter shall supersede chapter 35 of this titlewith respect to conversions subject to this chapter, except for conversionsinvolving domestic insurance companies subject to chapter 1 of this title,which conversion shall be subject to chapter 35 of this title.
