§ 27-69-5 Severability. [Repealedeffective July 1, 2012.]. – If any provision of this chapter or its application to any person orcircumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisionsor applications of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalidprovision or application, and for this purpose the provisions of this chapterare severable.
