SECTION 27-7.1-6.2
§ 27-7.1-6.2 Consent to rate. – Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, upon the written consentof the insured, filed with the director, a rate in excess of the ratedetermined in accordance with the other provisions of this chapter may be usedon any specific risk.
