SECTION 27-73-5

   § 27-73-5  Officers, quorum, meetings.– (a) The board shall elect from its own membership such officers as it sees fit;

   (b) Seven (7) members of the board in office shall constitutea quorum;

   (c) Decisions of the board shall be made by a majority voteof the members present;

   (d) Meetings may be called by the chair, or at the writtenrequest of four (4) members;

   (e) The board shall hold regular meetings at least once everymonth, and those meetings shall be open to the public in accordance withchapter 42-46 ("Open Meetings").
