SECTION 27-8-9
§ 27-8-9 Penalty for violations. –Any person or corporation violating any provision of §§ 27-8-7 and27-8-8 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundreddollars ($500) or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both.
