SECTION 27-9.2-1

   § 27-9.2-1  Independent medicalexaminations. – When the medical condition of a person is material to a first or third partyautomobile insurance claim that has been or may be made for past or futuremedical payment benefits, the person shall submit to a noninvasive medicalexamination by physicians. Every automobile insurance policy issued in thisstate shall include reasonable provisions for an examination of personsclaiming medical payment benefits.
