   § 27-9.2-3  Reports of independent medicalexaminations. – If requested by a person examined, a party causing an examination to be madeshall deliver to the person a copy of every written report concerning theexamination rendered by an examining physician, at least one of which reportsshall set out any findings and conclusions in detail. The person shall receivea copy of the findings of the independent medical examination within thirty(30) days of the request.
