SECTION 27-9-10.1

   § 27-9-10.1  Costs. – For the purpose of determining whether the filing meets the requirements ofthis chapter, the director may employ staff personnel and outside consultants,including, but not limited to, those authorized pursuant to § 27-9-52. Thereasonable costs related to the review of rate filings, including the conductof the hearing, shall be borne by the rating organizations or insurers makingthe filing.
