SECTION 27-9-17

   § 27-9-17  Disapproval of special surety orguaranty filing. – If, within thirty (30) days after a special surety or guaranty filing subjectto § 27-9-11 has become effective, the commissioner finds that the filingdoes not meet the requirements of this chapter, the commissioner shall send tothe insurer or rating organization which made the filing written notice ofdisapproval of the filing specifying in the notice in what respects he or shefinds that the filing fails to meet the requirements of this chapter andstating when, within a reasonable period after this, the filing shall be deemedno longer effective. That disapproval shall not affect any contract made orissued prior to the expiration of the period set forth in the notice.
