SECTION 27-9-28

   § 27-9-28  Rate information furnished toinsured. – Any rate filings subject to this chapter and filed by an insurer or ratingorganization on behalf of its members or subscribers with the insurancecommissioner shall be deemed public information at the time of the filing;provided, the insurance commissioner shall furnish the rate filings and allpertinent information as to the rate filings, upon written request, to anyinsured, to any authorized representative of an insured, to any insurancecompany trade association, or to any trade association of insurance producers.
