   § 27-9-34  Provisions applicable to jointunderwriting and reinsurance. – Every group, association, or other organization of insurers which engages injoint underwriting or joint reinsurance shall be subject to regulation withrespect to them as provided in § 27-9-35, subject, with respect to jointunderwriting, to all other provisions of this chapter and, with respect tojoint reinsurance, to §§ 27-9-36, 27-9-37, and 27-9-44 – 27-9-50.
