SECTION 27-9-35

   § 27-9-35  Unlawful joint underwriting orreinsurance practices. – If, after a hearing, the commissioner finds that any activity or practice ofany joint underwriting or reinsurance group, association, or other organizationis unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter,the commissioner may issue a written order specifying in what respects theactivity or practice is unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with theprovisions of this chapter, and requiring the discontinuance of the activity orpractice.
