   § 27-9-55  Annual report. – The director of business regulation shall provide by regulation for an annualreport to be filed by each insurer writing automobile insurance in this state.The regulations shall require the reporting of litigation expenses incurred byinsurers, including the payments made for claimants' attorneys' fees, defensecounsel fees, expert witness fees, and any other information deemed relevant bythe director.
