SECTION 27-9-6.1

   § 27-9-6.1  Approval of policies. –(a) Every insurance company and every rating/advisory organization issuingpolicies covering casualty insurance provided for in this chapter shall filewith the director a copy of the form of the policies proposing to use. A policymay not be issued until the director has approved the form.

   (b) Any policy form, subject to this chapter and filed by aninsurer or rating/advisory organization on behalf of its members or subscriberswith the director, shall be deemed public information at the time of filing.
