SECTION 28-1-2

   § 28-1-2  Duty to give information todirector. – Every employer of labor, and every person engaged in any industrial pursuit,shall give the director of labor and training all proper and necessaryinformation to enable him or her to perform the duties required of him or herby law, and in default of that, upon reasonable demand, shall be fined twentydollars ($20.00).
