SECTION 28-1-3

   § 28-1-3  Administrative assistant todirector. – The director of labor and training shall, with the approval of the governor,appoint an administrative assistant, who shall perform those duties that may beprescribed by the director and shall serve at his or her pleasure. Theadministrative assistant shall be deemed to be employed in a policymakingcapacity and shall be in the unclassified service.
