SECTION 28-10-9

   § 28-10-9  Advertising for employees duringlabor dispute. – If an employer during the continuance of a strike, lockout, or other labortrouble among his or her employees publicly advertises in newspapers or byposters or otherwise for employees, or by himself or herself or his or heragents solicits persons to work for him or her to fill the places of strikers,he or she shall plainly in type as prominent as the largest printed matter inthe body of the advertisement or poster explicitly mention in the advertisementor oral or written solicitations that a strike, lockout, or other labor troubleexists among his or her employees. If any person, firm, association, orcorporation violates any provisions of this section, he or she or it shall bepunished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.
