SECTION 28-12-18

   § 28-12-18  Penalty for other violations.– Any employer who otherwise violates any provision of this chapter or of anyregulation or order issued under this chapter shall be deemed in violation ofthis chapter and shall upon conviction be fined not less than one hundreddollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). Each day of violationshall constitute a separate offense.
