SECTION 28-12-22

   § 28-12-22  Collective bargaining rightspreserved. – Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to interfere with, impede, or in anyway diminish the right of employees to bargain collectively with theiremployers through representatives of their own choosing in order to establishwages or other conditions of work in excess of the applicable minimum under theprovisions of this chapter.
