   § 28-14-15  Subpoena powers. – The director and his or her authorized representatives shall have the power toadminister oaths and examine witnesses under oath, issue subpoenas, subpoenasduces tecum, compel the attendance of witnesses, and the production of papers,books, accounts, records, payrolls, documents, and testimony, and to takedepositions and affidavits in any proceeding before the director.
