SECTION 28-14-21
§ 28-14-21 Acceptance of claims ofnonresidents for collection. – The labor relations board shall not accept for collection the unpaid wage claimof any nonresident of this state unless the state of which that nonresident isa citizen accepts for collection the unpaid wage claims of Rhode Islandresidents.
