SECTION 28-14-26
§ 28-14-26 Service of process. – Any sheriff or deputy sheriff requested by the director to serve summons,writs, complaints, orders, including any garnishment papers and all necessaryand legal papers, within his or her jurisdiction, shall do so without requiringthe director to advance the fees or furnish any security or bond.
