SECTION 28-14-31

   § 28-14-31  Wages upon return from lay-off.– Whenever an employee who has worked for an employer for more than one year isseparated from work by a "lay-off ", the employer shall offer to pay to theemployee the same wages earned at the time of the separation upon theemployee's later return to work at the same or similar job.
