SECTION 28-15-8
§ 28-15-8 Assignments under small loanlaw. – All assignments of wages made in accordance with the provisions of chapter 25of title 19 for the purpose of securing any loan made in accordance with theprovisions of that chapter, shall be exempt from provisions of this chapterthat are inconsistent with the provisions of chapter 25 of title 19.
