SECTION 28-18-12

   § 28-18-12  Homeworker's certificaterequired. – No person shall do industrial homework unless his or her name is on ahomeworker's certificate issued by the director of labor and training andpermitting industrial homework to be done by him or her in the residence and atthe address named in the certificate. The certificate shall be shown on demandof the director of labor and training or any of his or her duly authorizedagents.
