SECTION 28-18-15

   § 28-18-15  Labeling of homework articles.– No employer shall deliver or cause to be delivered any materials or articles tobe manufactured by any homeworker unless there has been conspicuously affixedto each article or its container a label or other mark of identificationbearing the employer's name and address, printed or written legibly in English;provided, that if the goods are of a nature that they cannot be individuallylabeled or identified, then the employer shall conspicuously label the goods ortheir container in any manner that the director of labor and training mayprescribe by rule or regulations.
