SECTION 28-18-4

   § 28-18-4  Revocation or suspension oflicense or certificate. – The director of labor and training may revoke or suspend the license of anyemployer or the certificate of any industrial homeworker for a violation bythat employer or industrial homeworker of the terms of his or her license orcertificate or any provisions of this chapter, or of any regulation made by thedirector of labor and training, or for noncompliance with an order issued byhim or her within the time specified in the order. No license or certificateshall be refused, revoked, or suspended unless the holder previously hadreasonable notice and the opportunity to be heard.
