§ 28-18-5.1 Contractor's permit required.– No person in any industry where experience has proven that homework in theindustry is not susceptible of effective regulations shall deliver, distribute,supply, or furnish any materials to be processed by another person unless thatperson has been issued a contractor's permit by the director of labor andtraining.
