SECTION 28-18-9

   § 28-18-9  Subpoena powers. – In the administration of this chapter the director or his or her authorizedrepresentative shall have the power to administer oaths, take affidavits andthe depositions of witnesses, and issue subpoenas for and compel the attendanceof witnesses and the production of papers, books, accounts, payrolls,documents, records, testimony, and other evidence of whatever description.
