SECTION 28-2-9

   § 28-2-9  Employment of personnel –Assistance by other agencies. – The director of labor and training is authorized to appoint or employ anyemployees that may be necessary, and to use any agencies that may be availableand appropriate, to aid him or her in carrying out the provisions of thischapter, and the director may delegate any and all of his or her powers andduties prescribed by the provisions of this chapter to the division ofemployment service.
