SECTION 28-20-2.1

   § 28-20-2.1  Video display terminals –Informational brochure – Training programs. – The department of labor and training is directed to develop an informationalbrochure relating to the use of video display terminals in the work place. Inaddition to the brochure, the department shall develop a plan, in cooperationwith business, industry and labor, for the dissemination of the brochure to allconcerned parties. The department shall also prepare a plan for a series oftraining programs and seminars directly relating to the information containedin the brochure.
