§ 28-20-4.1 Adoption of regulationspertaining to HIV and hepatitis. – The division of occupational safety of the department of labor and trainingshall adopt the latest regulations of the federal occupational safety andhealth administration (OSHA) as they pertain to the human immunodeficiencyvirus (HIV) and hepatitis and shall, in consultation with the department ofhealth, provide for the enforcement of the regulations for appropriate publicsector employees.
